I help leadership teams explore these questions with rigor, define clear opportunity spaces, and establish direction that is grounded in both insight and reality.

Equally important, I ensure that future direction does not live in isolation. I work at the enterprise level to align leaders, teams, and capabilities around what comes next so opportunity turns into momentum and intent turns into progress that holds up over time.
